  • TICKETS: Purchased tickets for productions are considered e-tickets; hard copies will not shipped. Customer may print out their receipt and provide it at the door on the night of the performance to show proof of purchase. CLASSES/WORKSHOPS: In the event of a purchase of a class/workshop, nothing will be shipped out. Simply print out your receipt and bring it to your first night of class. MERCHANDISE: At this time, LOFT ensemble ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, LOFT ensemble ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
